You own the creative bar for everything Shaazford ships. You set the standard, direct the team, and design the flagship pieces yourself when it matters.

Own the creative direction for listings, A+ content, ad creative, and brand assets.

03What we look for
Who this is for.
- 4+ years in ecommerce or agency design, with lead or director experience.
- A strong portfolio: Amazon creative, DTC, ads, or brand work.
- Command of the tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; video a plus).
- You can direct people and still produce great work yourself.
- Clear English and confident communication.
- Reliable internet and a quiet space to work.
- Available to overlap US business hours (Central Time).
04The deal
Pay, plainly.
- $300 to $400 per month, based on experience.
- Remote. Work from anywhere in the Philippines or the US.
- Own the creative bar with a direct line to the founders.
