01Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Shaazfordglobal LLC ("Shaazford," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, your rights, and how to contact us. It applies to shaazford.com and all of our subdomains (blog, academy, clientportal), and to the services we provide to brand partners.

1. Who we are

Shaazford is a full-service ecommerce growth agency headquartered in Texas, United States, with an operations hub in Pakistan. We can be reached at info@shaazford.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and audit form submissions, name, email, phone, brand website, monthly revenue range, and challenge selections you submit through our forms.
  • Client onboarding, business legal name, billing address, payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details), and credentials granted to Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar platforms necessary to deliver our services.
  • Communications, emails, scheduled call notes, and messages exchanged with our team.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, device type, browser, approximate location (city/country) via IP, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, see our Cookie Notice for details.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to audit requests, deliver our services, and manage our partner relationships.
  • To send service-related communications (project updates, invoices, scheduled call confirmations).
  • To improve our website, measure marketing performance, and develop new services.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • With your consent, to send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

4. Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your information are: (a) consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; (b) performance of a contract when we deliver services to you; (c) legitimate interests for responding to inquiries, securing our website, and analyzing aggregate usage; and (d) legal obligation for tax and regulatory compliance.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers, Google (Workspace, Analytics, Search Console), Stripe (payments), Calendly (booking), Hostinger (hosting), and similar vendors who process data on our behalf under written agreements.
  • Platforms we manage for you, only where you have authorized us as an agency operator (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, ad platforms).
  • Legal authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.
  • In connection with a business transfer, if Shaazford is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets.

6. International data transfers

Because we operate hubs in the United States and Pakistan, your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in countries outside your home country. When we transfer personal information out of the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with data-export rules, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Audit form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you become a partner, in which case we retain partner records for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (for accounting and tax compliance).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct or update inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior processing).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@shaazford.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To submit a request, email info@shaazford.com.

10. Children

Shaazford's services are intended for businesses and persons over 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for sensitive systems, and routine security review. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
