Your GoHighLevel, built properly, and actually finished.
Sub-account builds, funnels, workflows, integrations, and A2P compliance, delivered by specialists who work in the platform every day. Available direct, or white-labeled behind your agency.
Scope your GHL build ↗
The whole platform, not just funnels.
Most GoHighLevel problems are not design problems. They are structure and automation problems. That is where we spend our time.
Account and sub-account setup
Clean structure from the start: settings, domains, DNS, email and phone configuration, users, permissions, and naming conventions that scale.
Snapshot building and repair
Reusable snapshots built to deploy cleanly, or an audit and repair of a snapshot that breaks every time it is loaded.
Funnels and websites
High-converting funnels, landing pages, and full sites built inside the platform, mobile first and tracking-ready.
Workflow and automation builds
Multi-branch automations with the logic mapped before it is built, so there are no loops, no dead branches, and no contacts stuck in limbo.
CRM and pipeline architecture
Pipelines, stages, custom fields, and tagging that match how your team actually sells, plus the automation that keeps records clean.
Calendars and booking
Calendar setup, routing, reminders, no-show recovery sequences, and team availability that reflects reality.
Integrations and API work
Native integrations, webhooks, Zapier and Make, and custom API connections into the tools you already run.
A2P 10DLC and compliance
Brand and campaign registration prepared and submitted, with the opt-in language and policy pages the carriers expect.
Migration from another CRM
Contacts, fields, pipelines, calendars, and forms mapped into a clean structure rather than dumped in.
White-label agency fulfillment
An unbranded build and support team behind your agency, working to your brand and your client reporting.
SaaS mode configuration
Plans, rebilling, snapshots, and onboarding flows configured so you can actually resell the platform.
Reporting dashboards
Attribution and dashboards that show where leads come from and what happens to them after they arrive.
Map it, build it, test it, document it.
The reason most builds break later is that nobody wrote down what they were supposed to do. We fix that by default.
Scope
A short call to map the outcome, the offer, and the flow. You get a written scope with what is included before anything is built.
Map
The automation logic is diagrammed before it is built. Triggers, branches, exits, and edge cases agreed on paper first.
Build
Built in the platform to that map, with naming conventions and folder structure that another person can follow.
Test
Every path tested with real test contacts, including the failure paths, before anything goes live to your list.
Document and hand over
A written handover of what was built, how it works, and how to change it. Plus a walkthrough recording for your team.
Agencies, and the businesses that run on the platform.
Two very different buyers, one platform. We work with both, and we keep them completely separate.
Agencies needing fulfillment
A white-label build team behind your brand, so you can sell the work without hiring specialists for every request.
Agencies with a broken snapshot
An audit and repair of the snapshot you deploy to every client, so it stops creating support tickets.
Businesses running their own account
A properly built account, so your team stops working around the CRM and starts working inside it.
Teams migrating in
A clean move from another CRM without losing history, and without importing years of bad data.
Coaches and course businesses
Membership areas, onboarding sequences, and retention campaigns built into the same account.
Local service businesses
Speed to lead automation, booking, reminders, and review generation that runs without anyone remembering to run it.
How the engagement is built.
Scope, timeline, and inclusions are agreed in writing before a build starts. Carrier decisions on A2P registration sit with the carriers, not with us.
One-time build, a block of hours, or a monthly retainer.
Pick the shape that fits. Agencies usually take a retainer for continuous delivery. One-off builds are quoted as a fixed scope.
Scoped on a short call, quoted in writing, with no long-term contract on any of the three options.
Scope your build ↗GoHighLevel questions.
What agencies and operators ask before handing over the account.
What can you build in GoHighLevel?
Full sub-account builds, funnels and websites, automation workflows, pipelines and CRM structure, calendars and booking, membership areas, reputation and review flows, reporting dashboards, and white-label SaaS configuration. If it can be built in the platform, we build it.
Do you work with agencies on a white-label basis?
Yes. We work as an unbranded delivery team behind your agency. Your client sees your brand, your logins, and your reporting. We handle the build and the fixes in the background.
Can you fix a snapshot or a build someone else broke?
That is a large part of what we do. We audit the sub-account, map what the workflows are actually doing, find the loops and the dead branches, then repair it and document it so the next person can follow it.
Do you handle A2P 10DLC registration?
Yes. We prepare the brand and campaign registration, the required opt-in language and policy pages, and work the resubmission if a filing is rejected. We cannot guarantee carrier approval, because that decision sits with the carriers.
Do you migrate from another CRM?
Yes. Contacts, custom fields, pipelines, calendars, forms, and email history where the source system allows it. We map the old structure to a clean new one rather than importing the mess.
How is this priced?
Either a one-time build, a block of expert hours for ongoing work, or a monthly retainer for agencies that need continuous delivery. We quote after a short scoping call, and there is no long-term contract.
