How much does an Amazon agency cost in 2026?
Published 2026 prices put an Amazon agency at roughly $1,500 to $25,000+ a month, depending on brand size and scope. For a brand doing about $100K a month ($1.2M a year), the ranges agencies publish run from $1,500 to $9,000 a month for management, plus ad spend. Pricing models matter as much as the number: percentage-of-ad-spend and percentage-of-revenue fees rise as you grow. Shaazford charges a flat $1,600 a month for one channel and $3,200 for every channel, never a percentage.
Key takeaways
- Published 2026 ranges run from about $1,500 a month (entry level) to $25,000+ (enterprise). Most of these numbers come from agencies that sell the service.

- Percentage of ad spend (usually 10 to 20%) and percentage of revenue (usually 3 to 10%) grow with you; a flat fee does not.

What does a brand doing $100K a month pay an agency?
A $100K a month brand is a $1.2M a year brand. Across the sources above, that size sits in these bands: $3,000 to $7,500 a month (SupplyKick), $5,000 to $9,000 (ALFI), $2,500 to $6,000 (AMZDUDES) and $1,500 to $5,000 (SalesDuo). That is management only. Ad spend is on top, and setup fees of $1,000 to $5,000 are common (AMZDUDES, ALFI).
Our published plans for that brand: $1,600 a month runs one channel end to end, $3,200 a month runs Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, paid ads and email under one strategy. There is no setup fee, no contract: cancel at least 10 days before your next billing date, and no percentage of anything.

PPC only or full service: what is the difference in price?
PPC-only management covers campaigns, bids, keywords and reporting. Full service adds listings, creative, catalog, account health, inventory planning and strategy. Published ranges:
- PPC-only retainers: $1,500 to $7,500 a month (Ecom Brainly).
- Full service: $3,000 to $15,000+ a month (Ecom Brainly); $5,000 to $18,500 a month (ALFI).
- Shaazford: Amazon PPC management on its own is $500 a month, plus your ad spend. Full service is $1,600, with design and video included.
The cheapest number is rarely the cheapest outcome. A PPC-only agency cannot fix a listing that does not convert, so you end up paying a second vendor for creative.
Which pricing models do Amazon agencies use?
Five models, with the rates agencies publish:
| Model | Published rate | What happens as you grow |
|---|---|---|
| Percentage of ad spend | 10 to 20% (SupplyKick, SalesDuo, AMZDUDES); 8 to 15% (Helium 10) | Fee rises with every dollar of ad spend |
| Percentage of revenue | 3 to 10% (SupplyKick, ALFI); 3 to 15% (Ecom Brainly) | Fee rises with every dollar of sales |
| Flat retainer | $1,500 to $8,000 a month (SalesDuo); $1,500 to $25,000+ (SupplyKick) | Fee stays put unless scope changes |
| Hybrid | $1,500 to $4,000 base plus 2 to 5% of revenue (GigaBrands, quoted) | Base plus a share of growth |
| Performance | Base fee plus a share of sales above a threshold (SalesDuo example) | Paid on results above a line |

What contract terms should you expect?
Six- or twelve-month contracts are still common. SupplyKick describes termination penalties of one to three months of retainer and 60 to 90 days' notice; GigaBrands says early-termination penalties of two to three months are common. SalesDuo calls long lock-ins a red flag.
Ours: month to month, cancel at least 10 days before your next billing date, no setup fee. If we are not earning the fee, you should be able to leave.
Is an agency cheaper than hiring in-house?
Usually, at this size. Indeed puts the average US PPC specialist salary at $67,713 a year (September 2026), and the US Bureau of Labor Statistics puts the median advertising and promotions manager at $133,660 (May 2025). An in-house Amazon team also needs a designer, a video editor and tools.
One person covers one skill. A flat $1,600 a month plan gives a $100K a month brand an account manager, designers, video editors and developers for less than one mid-level salary.
