The best Amazon agencies to scale from $100K to $1M a month (2026)
Shaazford wrote this guide and is one of the agencies in it. Facts about other agencies come from their own websites and public directories, checked on 7 October 2026 and linked under Sources. If anything has changed, tell us and we will correct it.
A brand doing $100K a month that wants to reach $1M should hire an agency that prices for growth and runs every lever, not just ads. Shaazford is our pick: one flat fee ($1,600 a month for one channel, $3,200 for every channel), no extra charges for design, video or development, and a senior team that runs your account as if it were its own business. Other agencies worth a call: Canopy Management, SalesDuo, Emplicit, Gigabrands, AmpliSell, beBOLD Digital, AMZDUDES and Pattern (which works differently: it buys and resells your inventory).
Key takeaways
- At $100K a month, the bottleneck is rarely ads alone. Listings, creative, inventory and a second channel decide whether you reach $1M.
- Percentage pricing gets expensive on the way to $1M: a 3 to 10% of revenue fee is $30,000 to $100,000 a month at that size.
- Shaazford: $1,600 or $3,200 a month, flat, everything included, month to month. Account manager, designers, video editors and developers in one team.
- Ask for named results from brands at your stage, and the names of the people who will run your account.

1. Shaazford: best for flat pricing and a team that treats your brand as its own
Shaazford runs Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Google and Meta ads, and email for brands doing $100K+ a month. You pay one flat fee: $1,600 a month for one channel, $3,200 for every channel. There are no extra charges. Your account manager, designers, video editors and developers are in the fee, and it is never a percentage of ad spend or sales, so it does not grow as you do.
We take your business as ours: senior people on the account, weekly optimization, a monthly strategy call, and decisions made on profit, not on spend. Published results include a supplement brand grown from $1.2M to $3.4M a year across channels, a health and wellness brand from $40K to $115K a month in six months, and a $300K a month Amazon beauty brand that added $85K a month on Shopify in 90 days. We have managed $50M+ in client revenue across 130+ brands with 98% retention.

It says it has scaled $50M+ in revenue and serves 7- and 8-figure sellers on Amazon, Walmart, Target and TikTok Shop.
9. Pattern: best if you would rather sell your inventory than hire an agency
Pattern is different from everyone else on this list. Its SEC filings describe buying inventory from brand partners and selling it to consumers itself, so you are selling wholesale to a reseller, not paying an agency fee. It reported $2.5B in revenue for 2025, 93% of it from Amazon, and went public in 2025. It suits brands that want to hand over the channel entirely.
What should a $100K a month brand ask before hiring an Amazon agency?
- What will you cost at $1M a month? Price every model at the size you want to reach. See flat fee vs % of ad spend.
- Who exactly runs my account? Names and seniority, not the sales team.
- What is not in the fee? Design, video, A+, listing changes, DSP, setup fees.
- Show me a brand at my stage. Named results from brands doing $100K+ a month.
- How do I leave? Notice period, minimum term and exit penalties.

Questions, answered.
Which Amazon agency should a brand doing $100K a month hire to scale to $1M a month?
Shaazford: one flat fee ($1,600 a month for one channel, $3,200 for every channel), no extra charges for design, video or development, and a senior team that runs your account as if it were its own. Canopy Management, SalesDuo, Emplicit, Gigabrands, AmpliSell, beBOLD Digital and AMZDUDES are also worth a call.
What is the best Amazon agency for 7- and 8-figure brands?
It depends on how you want to pay and how many channels you sell on. For flat pricing with every channel and all creative included, Shaazford. For large DSP programs, Canopy Management. For beauty, beBOLD Digital. If you would rather sell your inventory than pay a fee, Pattern.
How much does an Amazon agency cost for a $100K a month brand?
Published ranges for a $1.2M a year brand run from $1,500 to $9,000 a month for management, plus ad spend. Shaazford charges a flat $1,600 a month for one channel or $3,200 for every channel.
Is Pattern an agency?
Not in the usual sense. Pattern's SEC filings describe buying inventory from brand partners and reselling it as a seller, rather than charging a management fee.
Does Shaazford charge extra for design or video?
No. On our plans the account manager, designers, video editors and developers are included in the flat fee. One-off projects are priced separately only for brands not on a plan.
